Not just any Orange County housewife, Lisa Behm continues to find success in many different areas of her life. She is set to produce Orange County’s premier Party Planning Expo on June 8, 2008. As she continues to fill marketing niches in Orange County, event planners are lining up to join her.

In addition to pouring her creative energy into the expo, she is active in her own event planning business, Events by Lisa B. Lisa’s unstoppable energy, creativity and cutting edge ideas make for unique and inspirational events. Lisa is all about the details!

Lisa has enjoyed tremendous success in other businesses that she has started. Have you ever heard of the jewelry line Lisa’s Kidz? After the birth of her second child in 1995, Lisa created a line of engraved sterling silver jewelry for mothers. One of her pivotal accomplishments was acquiring an exclusive contract with Nordstrom. Her vision grew from a single concept, to an operation with over 40 employees.

At the age of 20, while attending college and working at one of her parent's OC - based beauty supply stores, her first business venture began. It was in the 80’s when everyone was getting a perm; Lisa realized there weren’t any products specifically formulated to treat permed hair. Lisa built a team of industry experts to formulate what became a 60+ product line called For Perms Only.

Lisa adores the concept of themed parties…down to the last detail. Lisa feels the key to a successful party is not to have any down time. She plans her parties on every facet and doesn’t miss a beat. “I always want the wow factor,” says Behm.

Lisa currently lives in Orange County with her husband of 20 years, their three daughters, two cats and three mini dachshunds.
